Spring/Summer 2019: We’re currently looking to bring on four new rental agents.  See below for more details.

If you’re considering getting serious about your career in real estate and want to jump into the fire, then there’s nothing better than being a rental agent at Boston Luxury. We have an as of yet inexhaustible quantity of rental leads which we will train and coach you in converting into satisfied, loyal clients. There’s no waiting around.

At Boston Luxury, we believe in giving our agents the most advanced marketing and sales training and tools to excel. Slack, Trello, Y.G.L., and Buildium are some of the tools we use on a regular basis. We don’t use a formal office space–we don’t see the point since we find ourselves completely aligned with the current modern work culture that values community resources, shared workspaces, and a no-B.S.-get-it-done mentality that thrives in virtual spaces like Slack, Zoom, texting, and Google Drive.

Applicants must be organized, outgoing and self-motivated. For consideration, applicants must own an automobile in clean condition, computer, phone and have proof of auto insurance.

If you want a life-changing opportunity with one of the fastest-growing real estate companies that is agent friendly, submit your contact information now and we will be in touch. What have you got to lose?
